Services

Six areas of work, one objective: enquiries you can act on.

Each service is scoped around a business outcome. Nothing here promises a cost per lead, a ranking or a revenue figure. Those depend on your market, offer, budget and follow-up, and anyone guaranteeing them is guessing.

What ‘partly in development’ means

The fundamentals are in place and can be delivered. Some deeper platform-specific integrations haven’t been delivered enough times to call them standard, so they’re scoped per project instead of sold as a package.

Common questions

Before you enquire

The questions that come up before a first call, answered without the sales padding.
How does pricing work?

There are no published rates, because a project fee depends on scope, the number of channels, how much of the tracking needs rebuilding and whether I'm working on retainer or a defined project. Tell me what you need and you'll get a specific number, not a package price.

Do you work as a freelancer or as an agency?

You work with me directly. There's no account manager layer, no junior handling your account, and no pretending otherwise.

Can you manage ads and also fix tracking?

Yes, and it's usually the right order. Reliable tracking first, then budget decisions on top of it. Media work built on untrustworthy conversion data is how budgets end up in the wrong place.

What do you need from me to start?

Read access to the ad accounts and analytics, whatever CRM or lead-handling records exist, and a conversation with whoever actually speaks to your enquiries. Lead quality definitions come from them, not from a dashboard.

How long before results?

Tracking and conversion fixes can be visible in days. Paid media optimisation is typically measured over weeks, and structural testing takes longer to read honestly. Anyone promising breakthroughs in week one is selling certainty they don't have.

Ways to work together

Three shapes most engagements take

They differ in how much of the journey is in scope and how long the work runs, not in how much attention the work gets. Scope decides the fee, so there are no package prices here.

Describe the problem rather than the service. If the fix isn't something I can deliver well, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
